Bre’s Gifts & More gladly accepts returns of unworn, unused, unopened, and undamaged merchandise within 14 days of the purchase date.

Overview
- All returns/exchanges must take place within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Returns are for Store Credit Only, and will be issued via Gift Card.
- Exchanges are for the same item in a different style, color, scent, etc.
- Returned/exchanged items MUST be unworn, unused, unopened, and undamaged.
- Final Sale items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. Please refer to the list below for final sale items.

*Items returned in poor condition will not be accepted for returns/exchanges, and will then be final sale.
Returns
Bre’s Gifts & More accepts returns within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Eligible returns are for Store Credit Only. Returns will be issued via gift card.
- No refunds will be issued.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless we made a mistake.
- We currently do not offer return labels nor do we reimburse shipping costs for returned items.
- All items are inspected upon return. Items returned in poor condition will not be accepted for a return/exchange, and will then be final sale.
How to return online orders:
- Include your invoice with the return shipment.
- We currently do not provide labels for return shipments.
- Save your tracking number; we may need to locate your return.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be accepted, and for the E-Gift Card to be issued. The email with your E-Gift Card will be sent to the email address used to place the order. This email can not be changed for the order/return process.
- For local purchases/returns, please reach out to us at bresgiftsandmore@gmail.com, or use the “Contact Us” form to reach out and start the return process.

Exchanges
Bre’s Gifts & More accepts returns within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Exchanges are for the same item in a different style, color, scent, etc.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- We currently do not offer return labels nor do we reimburse shipping costs for returned items.
- If the requested exchange item is not in stock, we will issue a refund in the form of an E-Gift Card. The email with your E-Gift Card will be sent to the email address used to place the order. This email can not be changed for the order/exchange process.
How to exchange online orders:
- Include your invoice with the exchange shipment.
- We currently do not provide labels for exchange shipments.
- Save your tracking number; we may need to locate your exchange.
- Once we have received your exchange shipment, please allow 5-7 business days for the new product request to be processed and shipped. You will receive an order confirmation email at the email address used to place the order.
*If an E-Gift Card was processed instead of your exchange and you have not received an email with the gift card, please check your spam/junk folder.
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged item, please reach out to us within 3 business days of receiving your order, and we apologize for your inconvenience!
Missing or Incorrect Items
If you did not receive your full shipment, or you received incorrect items, please reach out to us within 3 business days of receiving your order, and we apologize for your inconvenience!
